LOAN AGREEMENT This Loan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on May 26, 2026 between [Borrower Name] ("Borrower") and [Lender Name] ("Lender"), facilitated by LoanVouch, Inc. ("LoanVouch") acting as a licensed loan broker. 1. LOAN AMOUNT AND TERMS The Lender agrees to extend a loan in the principal amount of $[Loan Amount] to the Borrower at an annual percentage rate (APR) of [APR]%. Upon default, the Lender may retain the security downpayment to partially offset losses and may report the default to the major US credit bureaus. 6. AUTOMATIC DEBIT AUTHORIZATION The Borrower authorizes the Lender to initiate automatic electronic debits (ACH) from the bank account on file for the monthly payment amount on the scheduled due date. The Borrower may revoke this authorization in writing with at least three (3) business days notice. 7. RIGHT TO RESCIND The Borrower may rescind this Agreement, without penalty, within three (3) business days of signing by providing written notice to LoanVouch at the email address used for the application. After this rescission period, the loan and its obligations become binding. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Borrower's state of residence. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiation and, failing resolution, through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. 9. NO HIDDEN FEES The APR disclosed above includes all interest and origination costs. There are no additional application fees, monthly servicing fees, or balloon payments. 10. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND E-SIGNATURE By typing your name in the signature field below and clicking Submit, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal force as a handwritten signature under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act. You also consent to receiving all loan-related documents and disclosures electronically at the email address on file. 11. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING Information provided in this application is used solely to process this loan and is shared only with the selected Lender. CONFIRMATION By signing this Agreement, the Borrower confirms that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they have the financial capacity to repay the loan as scheduled, and that they understand all terms and conditions described above.
